Opening For Technology Architect Role

Role Summary: With an installed base of over 60+ Enterprise customers, Avekshaa is now looking to induct a Technology Practice Leader, who will enable delivery scalability. He / She should lead and ensure successful delivery of some of the most complex projects in the world. Should be a hands-on performance architect who enjoys solving deep technical issues.

Be innovative and provide thought leadership. A passionate entrepreneur / intrapreneur who will partner with us in building a High-end Technology company from India, which aims to be a Global leader in the P-A-S-S (performance, availability, scalability, and security) Assurance space.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and successfully deliver new / complex projects (either directly or along with team with a self-billing target of 50%)

Successfully deliver projects in Application Performance Engineering, Application Performance Management and Quality Assurance domain (for complete list of solutions refer: https://avekshaa.com/ )

Lead from the front and support the team in successful delivery of outcomes to customers through above solutions.

Stakeholders, Expectations and Risk management

Develops insights from internal and external sources and takes risks to implement leading edge solutions.

Ensure successful account entry and downstream business with new customers.

Create downstream business opportunities in each account.

Skills & Experience

• Key Technical Skills: Deep experience in Application Performance Engineering, Application Performance Management and Quality Assurance with deep understanding of Java/J2EE technologies.
• Experienced in defining and realizing end-to-end Technical Architecture for large scale real- time enterprise systems. Ability to identify and define non-functional requirements and design systems to meet the same.
• Ability to review existing Architectures and identify Risks, Trade-offs, and share recommendations for addressing the identified issues.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of cloud architecture considerations when scaling and tuning application deployments. Must have hands on experience working on any of the Cloud deployments on AWS or Azure.
• Good experience on leveraging APM tools to provide deep dive analysis on performance problems. Deep understanding of the dashboards which can be built for
