Job Overview
Join our Bangalore team and play a key role in strengthening brokerage services for our Canadian associates. This position offers exposure to international projects and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, cross-border insurance support environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks for Canadian associates
- Review and validate documents for accuracy and compliance
- Manage scheduling and follow up on missed payments
- Support preparation of quotes and applications for clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- IRDAI insurance agent certificate
- Minimum of 6months experience working in an insurance company
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Certification in Project Administration or Microsoft tools (preferred)
- Exposure to international projects and cross-border collaboration
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts: Evening: 3:00 PM– 12:00 AM; Night: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
