Job Overview

Join our Bangalore team and play a key role in strengthening brokerage services for our Canadian associates. This position offers exposure to international projects and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, cross-border insurance support environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks for Canadian associates
  • Review and validate documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Manage scheduling and follow up on missed payments
  • Support preparation of quotes and applications for clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • IRDAI insurance agent certificate
  • Minimum of 6months experience working in an insurance company
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Certification in Project Administration or Microsoft tools (preferred)
  • Exposure to international projects and cross-border collaboration
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts: Evening: 3:00 PM– 12:00 AM; Night: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
