Residential Electrician cum Plumber (India)

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Work:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective actions.
• Inspect electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and building codes.

Plumbing Work:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and pipe damage.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure plumbing systems meet all safety regulations and local codes.

General Duties:

• Conduct inspections of both electrical and plumbing systems to identify any issues or potential improvements.
• Provide recommendations for upgrades or repairs based on inspection findings.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
• Respond to emergency calls for electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Proven experience as both an Electrician and Plumber.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.
• Robust troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and drawings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
