Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordination with Field Team: Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with field teams regarding agricultural activities. Provide guidance and support to field executives in data-related tasks.
• Data Collection from Agriculture Extension Officers: Ensure proper documentation of crop cultivation, farmer activities, and seasonal inputs. Verify the authenticity and completeness of collected data.
• Data Collation at Branch Level: Compile and organize data received from multiple locations at the branch. Maintain structured records for easy access and reporting.
• Agri Data Normalization: Clean and standardize raw data to maintain uniformity across datasets. Maintain data accuracy and reliability for reporting purposes.
• Data Analysis (Crop & Farmer Insights): Analyze crop cultivation data, seasonal trends, and productivity data. Collect demand for Agri inputs, fertilizers, and other inputs. Make master & summary to support business and operational decisions.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports and dashboards based on analyzed data.
• Computer & Technical Skills: Use MS Excel for data entry, analysis (pivot tables, formulas), and reporting. Prepare documents and reports using MS Word.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of agriculture technical cultivation practices and crop cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with field Team.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and internet.

Preferred Attributes

• Familiarity with Agri-extension systems and rural fieldwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and field-driven environment.
