HR Generalist & Payroll Manager

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Generalist with strong hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR operations, and internal recruitment. The candidate should be capable of independently managing end-to-end payroll, employee lifecycle, and hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Recruitment:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring needs
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer rollout
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

HR Generalist Activities:

• Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Handle attendance and leave management
• Support employee engagement and grievance handling

Payroll Management:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing including attendance, leave, incentives, and reimbursements
• Ensure accurate salary calculation and timely disbursement
• Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws
• Generate payslips, payroll reports, and reconciliations
• Resolve employee queries related to salary and taxation

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and company policies
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance checks
• Assist in internal and external audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, or related field
• 25 years of hands-on experience in Payroll, HR Generalist, and recruitment
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll tools
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
