Responsibilities
- Foster positive customer relationships by engaging with them, offering credible automotive guidance, and communicating clearly and professionally.
- Partner with managers and colleagues to create an enthusiastic and effective store environment through collaborative efforts. Demonstrate leadership by supporting team members and actively engaging in responsibilities.
- Propose products, services, and promotions that can elevate customer satisfaction levels and support the attainment of sales objectives and store performance metrics.
- Stock renewal, upkeep of store arrangement, and adherence to appropriate payment procedures and anti-fraud measures to guarantee accurate financial management in inventory control and store operations.
- Prioritize the utilization of structured processes to facilitate proficient task completion, while also maintaining safety compliance by abiding by company safety regulations and employing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for a safe work environment.
- Expand your knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and discounts by engaging with the resources provided within AutoZone systems.
- Provide assistance by utilizing diagnostic tools to read codes from client vehicles and propose appropriate solutions.
