Job Description
Autorama is an award-winning used car superstore with over 250 vehicles in stock, seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our well-established dealership known for its strong reputation, consistent sales volume, and long-standing customer trust. Our dealership works with all major banks and an extensive lender network, enabling consistent approvals and a smooth, efficient sales process.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers through the full vehicle purchase process
- Match customers with vehicles based on their needs and budget
- Present warranties, protection products, and financing options
- Work closely with our finance and management teams
- Manage and follow up with leads using CRM systems
- Generate and nurture leads through social media platforms and online engagement
- Maintain strong product knowledge of our vehicle inventory
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years automotive sales experience
- Minimum 3 years automotive financing experince
- Dealership experience required
- Experience using Dealertrack for credit applications and lender submissions
- Ability to generate leads through social media and digital platforms
- Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills
