Service Advisor

• Customer Service & Scheduling: Greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and managing service workflow to meet, or exceed, customer expectations.
• Diagnostics & Inspection: Consulting with clients to identify vehicle issues, conducting test drives, and inspecting vehicles to recommend necessary maintenance.
• Repair Order Management: Preparing comprehensive, accurate repair orders (ROs) detailing problems, causes, and requested services.
• Cost & Time Estimation: Providing detailed estimates for labor and parts, obtaining customer approval for, or additional repairs, and explaining service charges.
• Technical Coordination: Liaising with technicians to ensure repairs are done correctly and in a timely manner.
• Vehicle Delivery: Explaining completed work, providing expert advice on vehicle care, and finalizing invoices.
