Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Technician/Mechanic located in Columbia, MD. The technician will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, diagnosing and repairing automotive issues, and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and performance standards. Additional duties include communicating with customers regarding repair recommendations and maintenance procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Vehicle Maintenance, Automotive Repair, and Diagnostics
- Ability to service domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Knowledge of engine repair, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and drivability diagnostics
- Experience using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Commitment to customer satisfaction through honest communication and quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- ASE Certification is a plus
- Maryland State Inspection License is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must have own tools
