Work Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 00:30 am to 08:30 am, every 3rd weekend off.

Reporting To: Regional Director.

Responsibilities

• Dynamic supervision and monitoring of the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs/conditions of clients, ensuring concerns are addressed in a timely fashion.
• Under guidance and direction from Addictions Counsellors, implement client treatment plans.
• Supervise clients while they participate in general household duties.
• Transport clients to out-of-Centre programming and medical appointments.
• Perform various clerical duties.
• Perform general cleaning duties including custodial and maintenance services.
• Provide initial/basic crisis intervention and support.
• Maintain records of client activity in various logs and documentation files.
• Prepare and serve meals at designated times as outlined in the evening and weekend plans.
• Ensure the evening and weekend programming at the Centre functions consistently with the treatment program objectives set out by the counselling staff.
• Perform substance abuse testing for new and existing clients in the program(s).
• Lead individual and group sessions according to individualized treatment plans and in accordance with professional standards.
