We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing excellent patient care and maintaining accurate records.

Clinical duties will include taking vital signs, preparing patients and assisting Physicians with minor procedures.

Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of medical terminology

Maintaining patient records, updating information in EMR confidentially

Team-player and able to work independently

Previous experience in a medical setting is highly preferred
