HR Advisor for Policy and Recruitment

Lead HR initiatives and policy support as a Human Resources Advisor. Collaborate with management on staffing, employee relations, and legislative compliance efficiently.

This role focuses on implementing HR strategies and programs under the guidance of HR management. You will handle personnel concerns, assist in recruitment efforts, and administer necessary claims. Contribute to the development of employee training programs and support the administration of the corporate benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement company HR strategies and policies
• Facilitate resolution of personnel complaints
• Develop job descriptions and staffing plans
• Oversee disability and Workers' comp claims
• Support training program development and implementation

Requirements

• HR degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years as an HR generalist
• Competency in HR databases and MS Office
• Knowledge of employment legislation and acts
• Strong communication and multi-project management skills
