Mardell Farms is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Farm Labourer to support operations in Snowden, Saskatchewan. Earn $25.00-$30.00 per hour while making a difference in regenerative farming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in seeding, spraying, harvest, and tillage
• Support grain handling and storage procedures
• Perform basic equipment checks and minor maintenance
• Help with livestock feeding and care as needed
• Communicate regularly with the farm owner about priorities

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English
• Previous agricultural experience preferred
• Experience operating farm machinery an asset
• Valid Class 1A driver's licence strongly preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
