This full-time role involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of farm machinery. Work independently while upholding high standards of workmanship, and collaborate with a talented crew to provide exceptional service. Your experience, especially with Agco equipment, will drive your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose issues across multiple types of farm machinery
• Repair, adjust, and replace equipment parts
• Conduct updates and standard inspections
• Maintain accurate repair and parts records in our system
• Participate in service calls as required

Requirements

• Must have independent work capability
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Agco brand experience is advantageous
• Registered Journeyman certification preferred
• Flexibility for overtime during critical farming seasons
