Emergency Fire Services Supervisor

Supervise emergency fire services with an emphasis on safety and operational effectiveness. Ensure trained personnel are prepared to respond to fire and medical incidents in the area.

This position focuses on leading the development of fire response strategies, ensuring that all team members are qualified and equipped. Ready to respond to emergencies, you will command operations while also engaging with government authorities to support fire response efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fire response strategies and safety protocols
• Train and qualify firefighting personnel
• Respond to emergencies including fires and rescues
• Liaise with authorities at all levels
• Conduct investigations and prepare necessary reports

Requirements

• Completion of Grade XII diploma essential
• Class 3 Provincial driver's license required
• Must acquire RCMP security clearance
• 10 years of firefighting experience necessary
• 5 years in a supervisory capacity essential
