The ministry provides protective and support services using a Family Centered Case Management Model and requires someone who can respond to urgent child welfare situations while also supporting daytime operations. This role provides critical afterhours emergency services and daytime case assistance under the direction of a Child and Family Programs Supervisor.

The ideal candidate understands multicultural beliefs and values, particularly those of First Nations & Metis communities, and has strong knowledge of poverty, systemic barriers, and socioeconomic issues affecting families. The required knowledge is typically gained through a diploma or degree in a human service-related field and experience working in a human service setting.
Candidates must be legally eligible to operate a motor vehicle in SK.
