Deliver impactful mental health services as a Community Mental Health Nurse within the Youth Day Program in Saskatoon. The Community Mental Health
Nurse is responsible for coordinating program intakes and crafting treatment plans in collaboration with other professionals. Your attention to program details and administrative responsibilities will ensure high-quality service delivery and effective operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intakes and develop treatment plans for youth
- Engage with community members for potential referrals
- Continuously evaluate and adapt treatment plans
- Provide support during post-transition phases for clients
- Handle administrative duties and scheduling for smooth operations Requirements:
- At least five years of mental health nursing experience
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing or comparable degree
- Class 5 driver's license required
- Current certifications in PART and CPR
