Career path to $80,000 base salary via the BCBA certification pathway in 2 years. The Basics Of This Opportunity Base Compensation: $30.00 - $35.25 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography Bonus: Attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years) Benefits Highlights: Direct & indirect supervision hours, study support and training to pass the BCBA exam, 13 days off annually between holidays including 1 floating holiday and PTO, accruing from Day 1 Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks, including clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments; weekly office hours or 1:1 support from our Clinical Development team Education and Mentorship: Monthly CEUs and an annual in-house conference with leading researchers Flexible Schedule: Mon-Fri mornings, mid-day, and afternoons up to 6:30pm; 2–3 evenings per week until 8:30pm (evenings paid). No Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions. You’re in full control. Working Model: Employment is at-will; no contracts or non-compete agreements Why Choose Us An org chart of BCBAs between you and the CEO A clear path to clinical decision-making based on client and family needs Generous health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and employer-paid short-term disability CASP Provider access to CEU library (75+ CEU-approved courses) plus 10 CEUs annually via ALP events Clear promotion framework: BCBA, Sr. BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Director, Senior Clinical Director 8-hour supervision course for new BCBA certificants (BACB approved) Unlimited referral bonuses Reasonable expectations for billable hours and manageable caseloads Opportunity to partner with our internal DEI council Study support for BCBA candidates and in-house RBT courses Support Center resources for administrative needs (client intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing/contracting, scheduling) What You’ll Be Doing Inspire Growth and Progress: Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under a BCBA guidance Empower and Support: Mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide coaching to enhance service quality Champion Accountability: Ensure clinical prescriptions, maintain accurate records of billable hours, and deliver progress reports and treatment plans Adapt and Thrive: Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, embrace new challenges, manage a dynamic caseload Motivate and Elevate: Support staff productivity, assist in performance evaluations, and support parents and technicians during urgent situations What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program required Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or hours towards certification preferred At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under supervision of a BCBA On onboarding, fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV required or to be obtained; costs paid by us We’re dedicated to the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
