Senior Lead / Senior Software Engineer AI/ML

Core AI/ML Expertise

• Deep expertise in Machine Learning fundamentals, algorithms, and statistical modeling
• Advanced knowledge of Deep Learning architectures: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs
• Strong understanding of Neural Networks and model optimization techniques
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.

Generative AI & Large Language Models (2025)

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Mistral, Gemini) (Compulsory)
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and advanced prompting techniques (Compulsory)
• Deep understanding of Transformer architecture and attention mechanisms (Compulsory)
• Experience with fine-tuning techniques: LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT (Good to have not compulsory)
• Knowledge of model compression, quantization, and optimization. (Good to have not compulsory)
