We Are Hiring: Creative Producer cum Video Editor

We are looking for a passionate, highly creative, and execution-driven professional who can conceptualize, produce, and edit compelling video content across multiple formats. If you have strong storytelling instincts, editing mastery, and production leadership skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative video ideas for brands, campaigns, documentaries, and digital platforms
• Handle end-to-end production planning, shoot coordination, scripting support, and post-production delivery
• Professionally edit videos for reels, ads, documentaries, promos, interviews, corporate films, and social media content
• Work closely with management, clients, and creative teams to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines
• Manage on-ground shoots, coordinate crews, and ensure smooth execution
• Add graphics, music, sound design, subtitles, and finishing touches for polished delivery
• Maintain brand storytelling standards and creative quality across projects
• Stay updated with latest content trends, AI tools, editing techniques, and audience behavior

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop
• Strong understanding of cinematography, pacing, storytelling, and content creation
• Ability to independently manage projects from idea to final delivery
• Experience in ad films, documentaries, reels, YouTube, or brand content preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment

Experience Required

• 3 to 8 years preferred
• Exceptional fresh talent with strong portfolio may also apply

Salary & Benefits

• Net Fixed Salary: ₹5,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per annum
• CTC: ₹8,00,000 to ₹11,00,000 per annum
