Security - Head

Role & responsibilities

1)Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.

• Monitor and ensure effective operation of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Manage and schedule shifts for security personnel.
• Train security staff on emergency response, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching or disciplinary action as needed.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and maintain accurate logs.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas.
• Issue ID cards and visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs.
• Enforce company policies regarding unauthorized access or behaviour
• Regularly monitor live CCTV footage.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of surveillance equipment.
• Identify suspicious behaviour and take proactive measures.
• Ensure compliance with local safety and security regulations.
• Assist in fire drills, evacuation procedures, and safety awareness programs.
• Maintain records of security checks, patrols, and daily reports.
