Proposal WriterExperience - 4+ yearsWork mode - HybridLocation - Bengaluru, KarnatakAs a Proposal Writer, you will have the responsibility for delivering eloquent, persuasive proposals for our public and private sector prospects. The Proposal Writer's responsibilities include gathering information, formatting the information according to company policy, obtaining manager approval, and sending the proposal to the appropriate source(s). To be successful as a Proposal Writer, you should be articulate, have excellent written communication skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. You must be able to be consistent, detail-oriented, and able to write in a factual, convincing manner.Responsibilities:Ability to define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process, ensuring responses are complete and meet all mandatory compliance requirementsResearching, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible mannerTranslate solutions into effective business proposalsCoordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal and Professional ServicesPrioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlinesEditing and revising proposals according to feedbackMaintaining consistency in proposal writing by following company policiesOther duties as assignedRequired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Business, or related fields is required4-6 years of proposal writing experience4-6 years of experience working in an environment where business is conducted in the English language, including verbal and written communications1-3 years of experience using a proposal software2+ years of technical writing experience, preferably while working in the software industryAdvanced mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePointExperience using online databases like Salesforce, and performing searches on the web4-6 years of experience working in a cooperative team setting with one or more peers who had the same or similar responsibilitiesExperience working on projects under the direction of a Proposal Manager.Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and responsibilities concurrentlyExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all internal and external personnel, regardless of titleExperience working in high-pressure environmentsAbout Aurigo:Aurigo is an AI‑native capital program management platform trusted by over 300 customers managing more than $300 billion in capital programs across North America.
