Position: ABA Therapist / Psychologist

Qualifications

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Psychology
• B.A. / M.A. in Psychology
• BSW / MSW (Social Work)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized intervention plans.
• Provide therapy to children and adults with developmental, behavioral, or psychological challenges.
• Work collaboratively with speech and hearing professionals in a multidisciplinary setup.
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Offer guidance and counseling to families for better care and support strategies.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with clients and their families.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an advantage.
• Commitment to professional growth and team collaboration.
