Warehouse Picker Packer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily materials and distribution operations. This role involves receiving, stocking, picking, and staging materials, along with maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions using ERP systems
• Assist with labeling, tagging, and documentation processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–3 years of warehouse or related experience
• Experience operating a pallet jack (required)
• Willingness to obtain electric pallet jack certification within 90 days
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, ERP systems)
• Strong communication, math, and reading skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, lifting, squatting, and reaching
• Lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Work in varying temperature and warehouse conditions

Additional Information

• Safety-toe shoes are required at all times
• Clarksburg location requires 6-inch safety boots
• PPE is not provided for contingent workers
