Walk-in Closing Manager - Navi Mumbai

We are hiring for closing manager for our site office at Nerul , Rabale , Navi Mumbai location

Job Summary The Closing Manager is responsible for managing front lobby operations, handling customer interactions, supporting sales conversions, coordinating site visits, and assisting in the final closing of property sales for a real estate developer. This role ensures a premium client experience from walk-in inquiry to booking completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the project sales lobby / welcome center.
• Greet walk-in clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners professionally.
• Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and site visits.
• Support sales team in converting prospects into bookings.
• Explain project highlights, amenities, payment plans, and offers to clients.
• Coordinate documentation required for booking and sales closure.
• Follow up with leads, pending customers, and channel partners.
• Maintain lobby presentation, cleanliness, branding materials, and hospitality standards.
• Prepare daily visitor reports, inquiry records, and sales updates.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and sales teams for smooth deal closures.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in real estate sales, front office, or customer relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of real estate sales process and documentation.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays if required.
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software.
