Job Summary

We are hiring Automotive Data Agents / Photographers to join our growing team. This is a full-time W-2 position offering hourly pay plus performance bonuses, paid training, and a guaranteed pay structure during your first 60 days.

You’ll visit car dealerships daily to collect vehicle data, photograph inventory, and install printed window stickers using company-provided tools. The role is perfect for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working independently and outdoors.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay + bonus based on number of vehicles processed
• Estimated annual compensation: $38,000 – $42,000+ year one
• Performance-based bonuses paid regularly
• 60-day guarantee: You’ll be paid for a minimum of 7 hours per day worked, even on shorter days

What You’ll Do:

• Daily job starts at 8:30am and up to 40 hours per week, overtime is possible with time and half pay
• Drive to assigned car dealerships (1–3 hours of local driving per day)
• Collect detailed vehicle information using company supplied iPhone device
• Photograph new and used vehicles with provided equipment
• Print and install window stickers using in-car printer
• Upload data and photos using mobile software
• Meet production goals while working independently
• Communicate as needed with support staff

What You’ll Need:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather 6 - 8 hours per day
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and ability to use mobile devices/apps
• Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
• Professional, customer-friendly attitude

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in automotive, dealership, or route-based roles

Compensation: Hourly pay + bonuses

Schedule: Monday to Friday some weekends (due to weather)
