Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Data Scientist with 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to transform data into actionable insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models
• Apply statistical techniques for hypothesis testing and forecasting
• Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear manner
• Build dashboards and visual reports for business users
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve solutions
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹284,498.50 - ₹1,140,411.00 per year
