We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer – Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our team. If you have strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Salesforce development, this could be a great opportunity.

📍 Location: Bangalore / Chennai

🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (Mon–Thu Office | Fri WFH)

⏰ Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST & 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (Mon–Thu) | Friday – WFH

💼 Employment Type: Full Time

⚠️ Mandatory Skill: Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce
• Configure service territories, work types, service appointments, skills, crews, and scheduling policies
• Implement and optimize dispatcher console and mobile configurations for field technicians
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring platform performance and security
• Participate in end-to-end SDLC – design, development, testing, and deployment

🔹 Required Skills

✔ 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

✔ Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) experience

✔ Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations

✔ Experience with Salesforce mobile configuration and offline capabilities

✔ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices

🔹 Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I – Required
• Platform Developer II / Service Cloud / FSL Consultant – Preferred
