Corporate Counsel in SaaS Environment

You will specialize in commercial contracts, advising on critical business strategies, and ensuring that the legal posture aligns with corporate goals. Engagement across departments ensures a seamless integration of legal insights into business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end SaaS agreement processes
• Provide counsel on governance and regulatory issues
• Collaborate with Business and Finance teams effectively
• Advise on data privacy and AI legal considerations
• Identify legal tech solutions to improve efficiency Requirements:
• 3–5 years in private practice and 2+ years in-house
• Juris Doctor or equivalent; in good standing
• Proficient in US commercial and SaaS contracting
• Strong commercial judgment and autonomy
