Web Development Trainer (MERN Stack) – Fresher/ Junior

We are hiring a Web Development Trainer (MERN Stack) for our training institute in Ludhiana. The role involves teaching students modern web development technologies and guiding them in building real-world projects.

This position is ideal for freshers or junior developers who have strong fundamentals in web development and are interested in teaching and mentoring students. Training support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions in Full Stack Web Development (MERN Stack)
• Teach HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js
• Guide students in building real-world projects
• Help students understand coding concepts and debug errors
• Create basic assignments and practical exercises
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Support students in developing their portfolio

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic understanding of React.js and Node.js
• Understanding of web development concepts
• Good communication and teaching interest

Additional Skills (Optional)

• Basic knowledge of MongoDB or databases
• Basic knowledge of APIs or Git
• Python knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc IT / MCA or related field
• 0–2 years experience in development or teaching
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
