Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PLC Programmer based in the Pune Division. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems for automated equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and debugging PLC systems, implementing process improvements, creating system documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems. The candidate will also support on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems
• Experience with hardware platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Mitsubishi
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug automated systems and address technical issues
• Keen understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and schematics
• Familiarity with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) development
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve automation processes
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse team settings
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial settings is a strong advantage
