Job Description
We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist / Manager to improve the performance of our websites, landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and customer funnels across multiple brands.
The role is focused on one clear outcome:
Increase revenue from existing traffic by improving conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and revenue per visitor.
You will work closely with marketing, product, design, performance ads, content, tech, and CRM teams to identify funnel leakages, run experiments, improve landing pages, and build scalable CRO systems.
Key Responsibilities
Audit website, landing page, product page, checkout, and lead generation funnels.
Identify conversion leakages across traffic sources, campaigns, devices, and customer segments.
Improve landing page structure, copy, CTA placement, trust elements, pricing presentation, and checkout flow.
Run A/B tests and structured CRO experiments.
Analyse funnel data using tools like GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, heatmaps, session recordings, and CRM data.
Improve key metrics like conversion rate, revenue per visitor, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-sale rate.
Work with designers and developers to implement CRO changes.
Build landing page templates for paid ads, organic traffic, content funnels, and product campaigns.
Improve cart abandonment, payment failure, WhatsApp follow-up, and post-purchase upsell flows.
Create weekly CRO reports with insights, test results, and next actions.
Collaborate with performance marketing team to ensure ad messaging matches landing page messaging.
Improve trust signals such as testimonials, reviews, FAQs, guarantees, sample reports, and social proof.
Prioritise experiments based on revenue impact, ease of execution, and data confidence.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, or website optimisation.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, landing pages, checkout flows, and customer psychology.
Experience with e-commerce, D2C, digital products, content funnels, or lead generation funnels.
Ability to read data and convert insights into practical business actions.
Good understanding of A/B testing, funnel analytics, heatmaps, and user behaviour.
Strong copywriting sense for headlines, CTAs, offers, FAQs, and page structure.
Familiarity with tools like:
Google Analytics 4
Google Tag Manager
Meta Ads Manager
Shopify / WooCommerce / WordPress
Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity
WebEngage / MoEngage / Klaviyo / Mailchimp / WhatsApp CRM
Google Optimize alternatives / VWO / Optimizely, if applicable
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Bias for action, fast testing, and measurable business outcomes.
Good To Have
Experience with Indian consumer brands.
Experience in astrology, spirituality, wellness, e-commerce, education, content, or digital product businesses.
Understanding of WhatsApp funnels, COD/prepaid flows, UPI checkout, and Indian payment behaviour.
Experience improving ROAS and reducing CAC.
Basic understanding of UI/UX and mobile-first design.
Experience creating landing pages using no-code tools, Shopify builders, WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, or similar platforms.
