Essential Skills
- 4+ years of work experience in development, customizing and delivering Energy Management Systems for Electric Power Utilities leveraging industry practices
- Knowledgeable and Proficient in Power DMS, Transmission EMS Implementations including SCADA
- 4 years of experience with C, Java & SQL/Oracle Database
- 3+ years of experience with OOPS skills with basic C++ & Full stack Java or other related language
- 4+ years of experience with EMS, AEMS product development
- 4 years of experience with LINUX and Windows Operating Systems, SQL, shell scripting, ability to read and interpret logs & debug files
- 4 years’ experience on Realtime or Mission Critical Systems
- Must have experience in picking up and installing fixes on live customer systems
- Proven track record of problem analysis, identification and resolution
- Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills
Generic Managerial Skills
- Ability to manage client discussions, and technical reviews
- Effective communication, documentation, and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
