We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Electrical / Electronics to join our Customer Solutions Team.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of our products, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role plays a critical part in enhancing user satisfaction by resolving technical concerns efficiently and contributing to continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product-related issues
• Ensure smooth functioning and performance of electronic solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
