Roles and Responsibility

• Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols and regulations.
• Develop and implement procedures for medication disposal and waste management.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medications, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with pharmacy information systems and software, such as MediTech or other relevant systems.
