We're hiring: Canadian Sales Manager - Mining
Remote - based in Saskatoon, SK
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth across Canada for our mining segment (TerraSource / TSG product lines).
You will play a key role in shaping market strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and leading sales performance across capital equipment and aftermarket parts & service.
What you'll be responsible for
- Develop and execute territory strategies (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability
- Manage the full sales funnel, from opportunity identification to closing
- Balance sales across capital equipment and aftermarket offerings
- Build strong relationships with key mining customers across Canada
- Understand customer technical challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Actively monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Track and report performance vs. targets using Salesforce & Power Bi
- Maintain accurate pipeline data for forecasting and planning
- Prepare and present technical proposals and commercial offers
- Develop and support distributors and sales representatives
- Evaluate partner performance and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Contracts, and Customer Service teams
What you bring
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in mining, industrial, or power sectors
- Strong background in capital equipment and aftermarket sales
- Proven ability to drive growth across a large, geographically dispersed territory
- Excellent business acumen and ability to structure high-value deals
- Strong technical understanding of material processing/handling equipment
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- English required; French is a strong asset
Travel
This role requires 50%+ travel across Canada, with occasional international travel (primarily to the U.S.).
