Your contributions will directly impact tool performance, system uptime, and customer success, forming a strong foundation for long‑term growth and a variety of career paths within ASM.  Shifts available: <ul> <li>Shift 4 (6pm-6am)- Sun-Tu and every other Saturday</li> <li>Shift 6 (6pm- 6am)- Wed-Fri and every other Saturday</li> </ul> What you will be working on  <ul> <li> Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites</li> <li> Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and process issues in collaboration with senior engineering staff</li> <li> Deliver responsive, customer‑focused service with a strong commitment to safety and operational discipline</li> <li> Working in cleanroom environments while following strict safety and quality standards</li> <li> Assisting, identifying and contributing to continuous improvement efforts </li> <li>Participate in escalations and cross‑functional problem‑solving</li> <li> Work on an assigned shift schedule supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations</li> </ul> What we are looking for  <ul> <li> Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field</li> <li> Hands-on technical experience maintaining, repairing, or troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems</li> <li> Proven ability to diagnose complex system faults, follow technical procedures with precision, and maintain equipment in mission‑critical environments </li> <li> Experience working under strict safety protocols, lock‑out/tag‑out procedures, and high‑reliability operational standards</li> <li> Comfort working in shift-based environments where readiness, accountability, and teamwork are essential</li> <li> Demonstratedability to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly to changing conditions, and take ownership of equipment performance in demanding situations </li> <li>Ability to read and interpret electronic and electromechanical schematics</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting skills and disciplined adherence to safety</li> <li> Ability to work in a cleanroom environment</li> <li> Clear and effective written and verbal communication</li> <li> Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li> <li> Willingness to travel domestically and internationally</li> <li> Proficiency with Microsoft Office </li> </ul> What sets you apart  <ul> <li> Experience with equipment, gas handling, or high‑precision machinery</li> <li> Experience writing or updating technical documentation</li> <li> Background in customer‑facing or technical support roles</li> <li> Familiarity with structured problem‑solving, data analysis, or statistical methodologies</li> <li> Military experience such as Avionics Technician, Electronics Technician, Nuclear Machinist Mate, Satellite/Communications Systems Technician, or similar specialties</li> </ul> Why join ASM?   With us, you will have strong long‑term growth potential at the forefront of semiconductor technology.
