Key Responsibilities

• Direct site health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Supervise and mentor production and maintenance teams
• Report and analyze manufacturing performance metrics
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement strategies
• Develop yearly operating plans and key performance indicators

Requirements

• 5-10 years of significant production management experience
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role with budget oversight
• Experience in food or related industry environments
• Strong grasp of Lean and continuous improvement practices
• Bachelor's Degree required
