Aspire ABA Inc. is a growing Ontario based ABA practice supporting children and youth through joyful, engaging, and structured ABA services.

Our programs focus on functional skills that matter in everyday life, including communication, social emotional learning, executive functioning, emotional regulation, academics, and daily living skills.

We are known for creative, learner focused programs, including ABA integrated Math and Coding, social skills groups, academic support, and 1:1 ABA services.

At Aspire ABA, therapists are part of a supportive team with strong supervision, clear expectations, and a shared commitment to helping learners build confidence, skills, and independence.

Role Description

Aspire ABA is currently hiring Contract In Home ABA Therapists to support children and youth in the GTA and surrounding areas.

The ABA Therapist will work directly with learners in family homes under clinical supervision. Responsibilities include implementing ABA programs, supporting skill development, collecting session data, following teaching and behaviour support plans and communicating with supervisors and families.

This role is a great fit for someone who is warm, reliable, professional and confident working independently while staying connected to a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA programs under supervision
  • Support communication, learning, social, daily living and behavior goals
  • Follow individualized teaching and behavior support plans
  • Build positive rapport with learners and families
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in family homes
  • Travel to family homes within the GTA and surrounding areas

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or youth is required
  • Knowledge of ABA principles is an asset
  • Background in psychology, education, behavior science, child development or a related field is preferred
  • RBT certification is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, professional and able to work independently
  • Comfortable providing services in family homes
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Availability during after school, evening and weekend hours is required

Location: GTA and surrounding areas

Workplace: In home

Schedule: Based on learner and family needs, primarily after school, evenings and weekends

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
