Registered Nurses (RNs) provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, assess health conditions, administer treatments and medications, and educate patients and families in hospitals, clinics, and home settings. Key responsibilities include operating medical equipment, creating care plans, collaborating with physicians, and supervising nursing staff.
