Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing Fiber optic equipment and cabling.
Duties
- Install telecommunications equipment, including Ciena, ADVA, Juniper
- Run fiber x-connects, Install circuit packs, Run power from Various Fiber Optic chassis and servers to a Fuse Panel, Run & terminate cat 6 cables, Process equipment and materials, set up test sets for NOC to remote access.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations.
Experience
- Proven experience in this field is necessary
- Familiarity with RJ45 wiring, Installing fiber cabling, testing RJ45 cables, installing servers, routers, telecom fiber optic equipment
- Certification in relevant telecommunications technologies is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field are crucial.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
