Microfrontend & Web Application Developer

As a UX Engineer at our company, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a UX roadmap that is in line with organizational strategies and customer journeys
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to make informed design decisions
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and style guides for desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms
• Collaborating with business, engineering, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Establishing and monitoring UX benchmarks using tools such as Figma, SiteSpect, UserTesting, Google Analytics, and Quantum Metric
• Designing and implementing micro-frontend architecture using Module Federation and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Building reusable and scalable frontend components and applications
• Leveraging AI coding assistants and agents to optimize workflows
• Ensuring responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces
• Promoting a culture of AI-enhanced development, experimentation, and continuous learning
• Applying modern DevOps practices including automated testing and deployment

Key Technologies you will be working with include Front-End development, React, UI, and Azure.

Qualifications required for this role:

• 6-8 years of professional frontend development experience in building and deploying responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries
• 2+ years of experience with micro-frontend architecture or similar distributed systems
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with AI development tools and workflows
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance web applications
