Job Description

Role: Customer Support Engineer

Industry: Type: Industrial Equipment / Machinery

Education

  • UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical is required
  • Mechanical Knowledge is must
  • This opportunity is specifically designed for candidates with a relevant technical background(Mechanical). Non-technical candidates or those from unrelated fields will not be considered
  • Understanding of mechanical systems and product design
  • Excellent communication, Inter-personal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Language proficiency in multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer base.

Requirements

  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
  • Developing process to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders.
  • Prepare technical documentation and application notes.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities at client sites if required.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
