Job Description
Role: Customer Support Engineer
Industry: Type: Industrial Equipment / Machinery
Education
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical is required
- Mechanical Knowledge is must
- This opportunity is specifically designed for candidates with a relevant technical background(Mechanical). Non-technical candidates or those from unrelated fields will not be considered
- Understanding of mechanical systems and product design
- Excellent communication, Inter-personal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in MS Office
- Language proficiency in multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer base.
Requirements
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
- Developing process to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders.
- Prepare technical documentation and application notes.
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities at client sites if required.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
