Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+

Rate $60/hr on W2

Job Description

• Roles & Responsibilities
• API & Integration Development
• Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices using Python/Node.js and FastAPI (or equivalent).
• Integrate CCaaS platforms with CRMs, IVR/IVA systems, knowledge bases, and analytics platforms.
• Implement middleware orchestration via AWS API Gateway or MuleSoft (flows, transformations, throttling, auth).
• Event-Driven Architecture on AWS
• Develop serverless workflows using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and SQS for async processing and resilience.
• Design idempotent, fault-tolerant patterns with DLQs, retries, and observability.
• Data & Persistence
• Implement database connectivity using native drivers (e.g., Postgres, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Ensure secure secret handling and connection pooling; optimize queries for latency-sensitive CX workflows.
• DevOps & Quality
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent) with automated tests, code quality, and IaC artifacts.

Must-Have Skills:
