As a Bookkeeper/General Accountant at our company, your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, preparing required financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial laws (GAAP). You will also provide auxiliary support by performing tasks as defined and communicated by the COO and CEO.

- Journal Entries
- Purchase Acquisition
- Expense Payment
- Customer Cash
- Asset Purchase
- A/R Borrowing
- Sale Closing
- Revenue Received
- Bad Debt Write Off
- General Ledger Posting
- Unadjusted Trial Balance
- Creating & Adjusting journal entries (e.g., payroll gross up, depreciation)
- Reviewing general ledger for proper posting of A/R and A/P
- Journal Entry Adjustments
- Creating Temporary Adjustment Accounts
- General Ledger Corrections
- Revenue: Internal Reconciliation
- Adjustment to A/R Expense
- Expense recording, variance review, and investigation
- Liabilities Inventory Control Equities
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Tie in all balance sheet accounts to supporting ledgers
- Adjusted Trial Balance Closing Entries
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-End Closings
- General Ledger Bank Reporting
- Analyzing Trial Balance
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CB desired but not required
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in a Bookkeeping or Finance role
- Proficiency in SAP B1 Business Software
- Moderate to Advanced Level in Microsoft Excel Software
- High attention to detail for managing financial figures
