As our Senior Stock Administrator, you will help scale our stock administration function globally by managing end-to-end processes on E*TRADE Equity Edge Online. You will partner with Finance, Payroll, and People teams to navigate challenging issues and ensure our global Asanas are supported. This role is based in our XX office with an office-centric hybrid schedule, where standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="2">What you’ll achieve</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="3"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,0,0">Utilize your stock administration experience to administer Asana’s stock programs for all Asanas in the U.S. and globally.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,1,0">Maintain Asana’s stock data using E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform and manage custom reports to ensure data accuracy.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,2,0">Provide a superior level of customer service by supporting employee understanding of stock awards, programs, and policies.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,3,0">Manage complex integration projects and coordinate with internal partners in Legal, Finance, Payroll, and People teams.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,4,0">Drive efforts to scale the function by enhancing manual processes, automating workflows, and evaluating service providers.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,5,0">Collaborate with internal and external SOX auditors and assist with the administration of 10b5-1 trading plans.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="4">About you</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="5"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,0,0">6+ years of hands-on public company stock administration experience, preferably with a CEP designation.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,1,0">Demonstrated experience with multiple stock award types, large transactional volume, and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,2,0">Strong analytical abilities and project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,3,0">A team player who maintains strict confidentiality and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,4,0">Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a process-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,5,0">Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="6">What we’ll offer</h3> <p data-path-to-node="7">Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.</p> <p data-path-to-node="8">For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $130,000 - $149,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.</p> <p data-path-to-node="9">In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
