Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Alibag, Raigad Maharashtra. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee civil construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage project timelines while implementing best practices for safety and quality. Responsibilities include supervising civil engineering operations, managing stormwater systems, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and addressing project challenges to ensure objectives are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design with a solid understanding of engineering principles and practices
• Practical experience in civil engineering, construction planning, and scheduling
• Knowledge in stormwater management techniques and systems
• Strong expertise in civil engineering tasks, including site supervision and project execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication, teamwork, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and ERP systems is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards is a plus
