- Governance to join our team in Bangalore.
This is a strategic, cross-functional role designed for a professional who excels at bridging the gap between leadership vision and operational execution. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in IT services, with proven expertise in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and supporting leadership in driving organizational and project-level initiatives.
Also, the candidate will manage project governance frameworks while actively collaborating with HR, Finance, Contract Management and Recruitment teams to ensure seamless resource allocation and business alignment within an IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Governance &
- Project Tracking Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks to ensure all projects align with organizational standards, best practices and SLAs. Drive project tracking, status reporting, and execution support across multiple business units. Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PMO maturity. 2.
Stakeholder &
- Leadership Support Act as the central point of coordination between senior leadership, clients, and internal delivery teams. Prepare high-impact dashboards, analytical reports, and presentations for leadership reviews. Facilitate transparent communication across departments to ensure strategic alignment. 3.
Operational &
- Resource Integration Resource Planning: Lead resource forecasting and capacity planning and project allocation.
HR &
- Recruitment Coordination: Partner with HR/Recruitment to manage resource planning, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
Financial Oversight: Work closely with Finance teams for budgeting, resource cost allocation, and operational financial planning. 4.
Contract &
- Compliance Management Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to monitor contract compliance, renewals, and service obligations. Assist in the review and management of client and vendor contracts to ensure alignment with project delivery milestones and financial targets. Maintain a centralized repository for project-related agreements, NDAs, and statement of work (So W) documents. 5.
Delivery Excellence &
- Support Monitor project health and delivery performance across the organization to ensure on-time and high-quality completion. Proactively identify delivery risks and partner with delivery managers to facilitate effective mitigation strategies. Drive delivery excellence by standardizing project management tools, templates, and methodologies across the firm.
Required Skills &
Qualifications Professional Experience Minimum of 6+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Business Operations within the IT Services sector.
Proven expertise in Stakeholder Management and interacting with senior leadership/C-suite.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex organizational initiatives.
Technical Proficiency
Expertise in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and SDLC .
Expertise in Project Management tools: JIRA, MS Project, or similar Advanced proficiency in MS Office (data analysis, VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables) and Power Point (executive presentations). Exposure to Recruitment, HR operations, Contract Management and Finance coordination Behavioral Competencies Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment. A process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power Point, JIRA, MS Project, etc.) Prior experience in handling PMO governance frameworks and reporting structures Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset Exposure to revenue tracking and budget management.
