Associate Producer for Arts and Community Engagement

Join as an Associate Producer to support community-focused impact projects. Facilitate inclusive experiences for diverse participants within arts and culture initiatives. This role is temporary from 2026 to 2028, with flexible hours based on project needs.

You will work alongside a Creative Lead and Care Doulas to ensure that outreach efforts embrace equity and justice-serving communities. Your organizational skills will drive impactful storytelling and resource accessibility. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage communities through outreach efforts
• Coordinate participant logistics and communications
• Support documentation and knowledge sharing
• Assist with team coordination and administration tasks
• Provide production support as needed Requirements:
• Must be a resident of Canada, over 18 years
• Relevant arts and DEI experience (minimum 1-2 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Personal computer access with internet
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and project management software Utilize your talents to bridge communities and foster innovative cultural change through targeted engagement and support.
