Our Client is seeking a senior Executive Producer to lead and scale a growing portfolio of high-impact podcasts and video programming. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for creative direction, production excellence, audience growth, and talent development across multiple shows and platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in YouTube-first media, strong editorial instincts, and the ability to build and coach a small, high-performing production team while delivering consistently compelling content.
You Will:
- Set and execute the creative vision for a multi-show podcast and video slate.
- Develop new show concepts from idea through launch, with a strong emphasis on YouTube and platform-specific growth.
- Provide clear creative direction across scripts, outlines, segments, and edits to ensure consistency and quality.
- Oversee end‑to‑end production workflows including recording, post‑production, and distribution.
- Partner closely with editorial, marketing, and business stakeholders to maximize reach, visibility, and audience engagement.
- Analyze performance data and platform trends to refine programming, formats, and release strategies.
- Build, manage, and mentor a small team of producers and video editors.
- Coach hosts and on‑air talent to elevate delivery, pacing, and on‑screen presence.
- Establish scalable processes, production standards, and best practices across all shows.
- Ensure all programming reflects strong editorial judgment, credibility, and storytelling excellence.
You Have:
- Extensive experience leading podcasts, video series, or digital media programming at a senior level.
- Strong YouTube and platform‑first production instincts, not audio‑only thinking.

- Experience coaching talent and shaping on‑air personalities.
- A background in editorial, political, cultural, or opinion‑driven media environments.
- Excellent storytelling, narrative structuring, and creative development skills.
- Hands‑on knowledge of modern production workflows and post‑production processes.
- The ability to build and lead small, highly effective teams.
- Strong collaboration skills across editorial, marketing, and business functions.
- A competitive, growth‑oriented mindset with a focus on audience impact and results.
